Michael Kelly Guitars is an American guitar, bass and mandolin company, who imports quality instruments manufactured to their specifications (mainly from Asia). Based in Clearwater, Florida, they are a division of Hanser Music Group in Hebron, Kentucky, which also owns Davitt and Hanser Distribution, B.C. Rich Guitars, Rockfield Pickups, Kustom amplifiers, Diezel Amplification, Traebon Bass Company, and Spector Bass. Michael Kelly Guitars was founded in 1999 as a maker of f-hole mandolins and acoustic bass guitars.
